Curbar Cottages

Briefly, the accommodation is as follows for each cottage:

Entrance Door into quarry-tiled kitchen with connecting fire door to adjoining cottage (if needed)

Fully-fitted kitchen with range of units in pine, hob and oven, microwave and washing machine.

Living room with stone gable walling, colour television and dvd player, radio and cd player, sofa and easy furniture.

Staircase and Landing to double bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobing, chest of drawers and bedside tables, all in pine.

Bathroom with new panelled bath with overhead electric shower, low flush wc and wash-hand basin.

Outside sitting area with table and chairs within drystone walled surround.  Separate, ample parking.

Services - all heating and lighting charges are included in the rental.  Each cottage has gas-fired central heating and instant hot water.

Fittings - there is a shaver point in each bathroom and all kitchen fittings and utilities are provided.  Bed linen and towels are also provided.  All areas, apart from the kitchen, are fully carpeted.
